Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations and payment issues are handled for memberships and services offered by Powerhouse Flex.

1. Membership Fees

Membership fees are charged according to the selected plan and are displayed before payment confirmation.

2. Membership Cancellation

Members may request cancellation by contacting the gym or through official support channels. Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate payment
• Incorrect amount charged
• Technical error preventing membership activation
• Approved exceptional circumstances at management's discretion

4. Non-Refundable Services

• Used membership periods
• Completed personal training sessions
• Diet consultations already provided
• Promotional or discounted memberships

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.

6. App Store & Google Play Purchases

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective platform's refund policies.
